Strive disclosed on October 26 that it bought 6,182 Bitcoin between October 17 and 23, at an average price of $82,732 per coin, including fees and expenses. The company raised its holdings from 36,818 Bitcoin on October 16 to 43,000 on October 23. The increase put the balance above its holdings at the end of September, as the company continued to expand its digital reserves. Strive said in its filing that the average price covered purchases made during that week. The average acquisition price for the entire balance through October 23 was $87,785 per coin.

The company’s offering prospectus estimated the fair value of its holdings of about 43,000 Bitcoin at $3.5 billion on October 23, against an aggregate acquisition cost of $3.8 billion. The aggregate average cost included fees and expenses and was $87,785 per Bitcoin. The average purchase price during the week of October 17–23, at $82,732, therefore differed from the average cost of the balance accumulated across purchase periods. At the end of September, Strive said it held 28,000 Bitcoin at an average acquisition cost of $90,170 per coin. It also reported buying 8,137 Bitcoin during the third quarter at an average cost of $78,885.

The expansion of its Bitcoin holdings coincided with an increase in cash and cash equivalents from $317.5 million on October 16 to $504.4 million on October 23, a rise of $186.9 million. Actual common shares, which the company defines as the total of Class A and Class B shares, increased from 124,064,126 to 127,328,346 over the same period. The increase in this measure was 3,264,220 shares. The filing said the share figures also include shares sold by 4 p.m. that had not yet been issued. Assumed fully diluted shares also rose, from 126,790,020 to 130,044,690, an increase of 3,254,670 shares.

The October purchase followed a Sats preferred stock offering that the company entered into on October 15. The agreement covered 7,000,000 shares at $90 per share, with estimated gross proceeds of about $630 million before discounts and expenses. Strive said net proceeds may be used, among other general purposes, to buy Bitcoin. The company also established an at-the-market sales program for Sats shares with an aggregate value of up to $1 billion; the prospectus allows net proceeds to be used to buy Bitcoin and related products. These disclosures link capital-raising instruments to options for financing digital-asset expansion, without specifying that proceeds from any particular instrument funded the week’s purchases.

Sats shares carry cumulative dividends at an annual rate of 15% of par value. Strive announced an initial dividend of $0.8710 per share, payable on November 9, 2026, subject to a board declaration under the offering terms. This adds a cash obligation tied to the preferred financing instrument alongside the company’s potential use of proceeds to buy Bitcoin. Strive says Bitcoin does not pay interest or generate a return simply by being held, and that generating cash from it depends on selling or developing other yield-generating opportunities. The prospectus also cautions that the trading price of the company’s securities may diverge substantially from the market value of the Bitcoin it owns.

Strive’s current asset base stems in part from its merger with Semler Scientific, which was completed on January 16, 2026. The prospectus said the transaction added Semler’s existing Bitcoin reserve to the company, along with its operating business in products and services for diagnosing and treating chronic diseases. Since then, Strive has announced successive increases in its balance, reaching 28,000 Bitcoin at the end of September and then 43,000 on October 23. The latest disclosures focus on the scale and cost of purchases, and on the associated financing instruments, cash and shares. The announced date for the first Sats share dividend remains November 9, 2026.
