Built by Traders, for Traders

AI research tools that actually work. We do the work; you get the edge.

Our mission is to put the same quality of financial information that professionals in London, New York, and Tokyo rely on into the hands of every Arabic-speaking trader and investor — in their own language, at a price an individual can afford, not just a fund. We are not building an Arabic Bloomberg, and we don’t claim to be. We are building the layer that has always been missing: intelligent analysis on top of real institutional data, delivered with regional context, and honest about its limits.

The Problem

The Arabic-speaking trader is trapped between three bad options. We know, because we lived it for fifteen years.

Option one is Bloomberg, Reuters, and FactSet: exceptional tools, but priced from $24,000 per terminal per year and designed for institutional trading desks, not individuals. Option two is generic platforms like TradingView and Investing.com: excellent for charts and prices, but they don’t read a Fed statement, don’t translate ECB minutes, and don’t explain what a COT report means in the context of Gulf oil markets. Option three — the most dangerous — is Telegram channels and social media analysis: free, fast, and frequently wrong. Our mission is to eliminate option three, offer a serious alternative to option one, and complete what option two leaves out.

Our story

EL7.AI didn’t start from a blank page. It started from fifteen years of frustration.

EL7.AI was founded by Walid Elhelw, a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) accredited by the International Federation of Technical Analysts, who has worked in the forex and capital markets industry since 2008. Across those years, Walid has worked with brokers, funds, and individuals across the Arab region, and built a social media community of more than 300,000 followers asking him the same thing thousands of times: ’Tell me what the Fed just said, in Arabic, before the market moves.’ EL7.AI began as a personal experiment: if we layered AI on top of real institutional data, forced it to write in clean but accessible Arabic, and constrained it to cited sources only, would we get something useful? Today EL7.AI is financial intelligence infrastructure for the Arabic-speaking world, covering four central banks, more than 3,712 financial instruments, and over 500 economic indicators. Our headquarters is in Dubai.

What we do

Five product pillars. Each solves a specific pain.

Central banks

We cover the Federal Reserve, European Central Bank, Bank of Japan, and Bank of England. For every meeting: official statement translated with precision, automated tone analysis through our proprietary DLS system (an 800-phrase dictionary), word-by-word diff against the previous statement, and a human-reviewed summary.

Markets and instruments

3,712 financial instruments across forex, commodities, equities, crypto, and global indices, with comprehensive technical and economic data. Our focus is not reinventing charting — for that, TradingView remains the standard.

News and editorial intelligence

More than 15 financial news sources, with smart deduplication, importance scoring, and immediate Arabic summaries.

COT reports and institutional positioning

CFTC Commitments of Traders reports for 31 markets, updated weekly, with charts showing large speculator and hedge fund positioning, and what their signals have historically meant.

Education (and predictions — currently paused)

Four Arabic-only educational courses, 179 lessons. Our AI price prediction system has been paused since March 2026 because its accuracy never meaningfully exceeded random guessing. We prefer an honest pause to a dishonest claim.

What we are not

Most platforms promise everything. We choose honesty, even when it costs us customers.

We are not a broker

We do not open trading accounts, execute orders, or hold client funds. We receive no commissions from any broker, and we don’t recommend specific brokers.

We are not a financial advisor

We do not provide individualized investment advice. What we provide is information and contextual market analysis; you make the decision.

We are not a TradingView replacement

We are not building an advanced charting engine. For charts, use TradingView. We are an analytical and editorial layer on top of the market.

We are not a generic chatbot

ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are excellent AI tools, but they don’t know precisely what the Bank of England said today. Our AI is constrained to cited institutional sources with explicit timestamps; it does not invent and does not philosophize.

We are not a signals service

We do not sell paid trading signals, run VIP Telegram channels, or say ’buy here, sell there.’ That model is largely broken and predatory.

Our approach

Four principles shape every engineering and product decision we make.

Arabic-first, not Arabic-bolted-on

Every feature is designed from day one for an Arabic reader: right-to-left interface, the Cairo typeface, carefully curated financial terminology rather than literal Google Translate, Arabic numerals where appropriate. The English version comes second, not first.

AI as assistant, not oracle

We use frontier AI models (Claude, Gemini, GPT) through our internal routing layer, but we constrain them strictly: cited sources only, explicit uncertainty markers, and refusal to answer when data is missing.

Transparency in every line

Every number on the platform links back to its original source. Every analysis shows its update timestamp. Every past prediction stays preserved alongside its actual outcome. We paused the entire prediction system when we discovered its accuracy was 49.4%, instead of hiding the number.

Institutional sources only

We don’t rely on shady scrapers or unknown feeds. Our data comes directly from the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, the CFTC, Financial Modeling Prep, and other licensed providers. If a source goes down, we say so on our public status page.

The team

Small company. Big ambition. Long experience.

Walid Elhelw — Founder and CEO

Walid is a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe), accredited by the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), and has worked in the forex and capital markets industry since 2008. He has trained thousands of traders and built daily analytical content followed by more than 300,000 people across social platforms. He is based in Dubai, UAE.

Advisors from the financial industry

We work with a group of advisors drawn from brokerage, asset management, financial journalism, and academic finance — both regionally and globally. Out of respect for their professional affiliations we don’t publish their names.

Engineering and product

A small, multi-disciplinary team blending software engineering, data science, financial analysis, and specialized financial translation. We deliberately stay small: faster decisions, higher quality.

Our principles

These aren’t marketing slogans. They are the rules we hold ourselves to internally on every decision.

No investment advice — ever

EL7.AI is not a licensed financial advisor. We will never tell you to buy or sell. We will give you information and context, and you decide.

Source before opinion

Every analysis on the platform starts from an official statement or an official number, and we build interpretation on top of that. We don’t start from an opinion and search for numbers to defend it.

Pausing is an option

We paused the prediction system because its accuracy wasn’t convincing. We will pause any other feature if we find it harms or misleads users — even if it’s bringing in subscribers.

Transparent pricing

EL7 Pro is $700/year or $99/month — roughly 3% of the price of a Bloomberg terminal. Not because we believe our service is 3% of Bloomberg’s, but because our target user is an individual, and we believe good information shouldn’t be reserved for those who can pay $24,000.

Mistakes are public

If we get a number, an analysis, or a translation wrong, we correct it openly, not silently. We maintain a public status page for every service, a changelog, and a visible last-updated timestamp.

What We Cover

Numbers that describe the platform today — not promises about tomorrow.

Where we are going

The road is long. These are signals, not commitments.

In the months ahead we are working on extending central bank coverage, deepening the news layer to move beyond republication into automated contextual analysis, and launching a ’social intelligence’ layer that reads X and surfaces what large analysts and traders are saying. We are also working on relaunching the prediction system with an entirely new model, but only when we are internally convinced it crosses a real usefulness threshold. We don’t promise dates, because quality is built, not scheduled.
