BrightSpring Health Services raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to a range of $15.9 billion to $16.125 billion, from a previous range of $15.1 billion to $15.425 billion, after reporting third-quarter revenue of $4.213 billion, up 26.4% year over year. The company said in its results that net income from continuing operations was $101 million, compared with $38 million in the same period of 2025. It also raised its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization outlook to $850–860 million, from $820–845 million. The results were for the quarter ended September 30, while MarketBeat data showed the stock closed at $66.89 on October 30, up 11.08%.

Revenue topped the consensus estimate of about $3.88 billion, according to Investing.com, while adjusted earnings per share were $0.54, compared with $0.30 a year earlier. Gross profit rose 32.3% to $519 million, from $392 million in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization also climbed 42.0% to $228 million, compared with $160 million a year earlier. The company classifies adjusted earnings per share as a non-GAAP measure. In the second quarter, revenue had risen 23.0% year over year to $3.873 billion, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased 44.2% to $206 million.

Growth came from the Pharmacy Solutions and Provider Services segments, which differ in scale. Pharmacy Solutions revenue was about $3.732 billion, up 26% year over year, while Provider Services revenue rose to $481 million, up 31% from $367 million. In its results presentation, the company said pharmacy revenue growth was linked to volume and mix in specialty pharmacy and infusion. It attributed Provider Services growth to higher volumes and operational efficiency, citing growth in segment revenue and earnings. An increase in beneficiaries and the integration of acquisitions also supported growth in home-based care, according to the company’s presentation.

Alongside revenue and earnings growth, the leverage ratio fell to 1.79 times on September 30, from 2.15 times on June 30. This marked a decline during the quarter, as the company raised its annual revenue and earnings ranges. BrightSpring had raised its annual outlook in July, for the second time in 2026. In its third-quarter results announcement, it said the new outlook excludes the Community Living business and the impact of any future closed acquisitions. The company completed the sale of its Community Living business on March 30, 2026.

Before trading began, the stock was up 6.7% in premarket trading after the results announcement, according to Investing.com. That early move differs from the 11.08% closing gain reported by MarketBeat for the same session.
