BrightSpring raised its 2026 revenue outlook to a range of $15.9 billion to $16.125 billion after reporting revenue of $4.213 billion in the third quarter ended September 30, up 26.4% from the same period in 2025. In its earnings release, the company said adjusted EBITDA rose 42% to $228 million, compared with $160 million a year earlier. It also raised its outlook for the measure to a range of $850–$860 million for the current year. The new outlook implies annual revenue growth of 23.2% to 24.9% and adjusted EBITDA growth of 37.6% to 39.3%. Comparisons of 2026 with 2025 are based on continuing operations after the exclusion of the Community Living business.

BrightSpring said the divestiture of its Community Living business was completed on March 30, 2026, and that the financial results presented cover continuing operations. Net income from continuing operations was $101 million in the third quarter, compared with $38 million in the same period last year. Gross profit rose 32.3% to $519 million from $392 million. The increase in gross profit accompanied quarterly revenue growth, while adjusted EBITDA grew faster than revenue. The company presents adjusted EBITDA as a measure separate from net income from continuing operations.

Pharmacy Solutions accounted for the largest share of quarterly revenue, with $3.732 billion, up 26% year over year. Provider Services revenue rose 31% to $481 million. EBITDA was about $202 million in Pharmacy Solutions and about $79 million in Provider Services. The quarter's figures show revenue growth in both segments, with a faster pace in Provider Services. Revenue in both segments also increased in the first nine months of 2026, by 24% in pharmacy and 30% in provider services.

Among operating indicators, average daily home health patients totaled 47,256 in the third quarter, up 58% from the same period a year earlier. Gross profit per prescription rose to $28.86 from $22.76 a year earlier, an increase of 27%. For the nine months ended September 30, revenue was $11.7 billion, compared with $9.36 billion in the same period of 2025, up 25%. These results add to the picture of the company's performance during the year, alongside quarterly revenue growth in the pharmacy and provider services segments. Operating indicators showed increases in average home health patients and gross profit per prescription during the quarter.

Leverage declined to 1.79 times at September 30, from 2.15 times at June 30, 2026. Chief Executive John Russo attributed the quarter's results to "our team's commitment to patient care and operational execution." He said the company expects to "deliver sustainable growth in 2027 and beyond." The company had scheduled a call to discuss third-quarter results for October 30, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. It also listed its participation in the UBS Healthcare Conference on November 10, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. Eastern Time.

BrightSpring shares rose more than 6% in premarket trading on October 30, after closing the October 29 session at $60.22, according to RTTNews. The premarket move followed the company's third-quarter results and an increase to its full-year outlook. The previous session's closing price was $60.22. The updated annual outlook links expected revenue growth with adjusted EBITDA growth, with the comparison calculated on a continuing-operations basis. The company is scheduled to attend the healthcare conference on November 10, following the earnings call held on October 30.
