Rogers Corporation, a provider of engineered materials and components, expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $215 million to $225 million and adjusted EBITDA of $37 million to $43 million. Management said the midpoint of its adjusted EBITDA guidance range represents a 16% year-over-year increase from the same quarter of 2025. The revenue midpoint implies expected year-over-year growth of 9%, although sales are projected to decline from the third quarter. The company attributed the sequential decline to typical seasonality and customers’ year-end operating patterns. These forecasts are for Rogers Corporation, listed in New York under the ticker ROG, a different company from Rogers Communications, listed under the ticker RCI.

Rogers set its fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share range at $0.90 to $1.10, compared with $0.89 in the fourth quarter of 2025. Management said the expected improvement reflects higher sales and a better gross margin, with higher taxes offsetting part of the gains. It also forecast a gross margin of 32.5% to 33.5%, with the midpoint 150 basis points above its level a year earlier. The company said higher commodity costs would remain a year-over-year headwind to margins. The guidance therefore combines expectations for annual growth in sales and earnings with seasonal sequential pressure on revenue.

The outlook follows third-quarter 2026 sales of $236.1 million, up 9% from the same period a year earlier, including a $2.4 million foreign-currency translation impact. Adjusted EBITDA rose 28% to $47.7 million, from $37.2 million a year earlier. The margin was 20.2% of sales, up 300 basis points and the highest level since 2021. The company said higher sales and an improved product mix added about $11 million to adjusted EBITDA compared with the prior year, while lower adjusted operating expenses also contributed to the improvement. These gains were partly offset by higher costs associated with the new ceramic supply chain facility.

Third-quarter sales growth extended across all end markets, management said, with automotive sales rising at a high-single-digit rate year over year. The business accounted for 24% of quarterly sales, supported by stronger demand for advanced driver-assistance systems applications and higher sales to internal-combustion and electric-vehicle platforms. In electronics and communications, which accounted for 20% of sales, higher sales of circuit materials for wireless infrastructure offset lower smartphone sales. Management said these factors contributed to quarterly sales growth. Rogers Corporation serves the advanced connectivity and advanced mobility markets with specialized materials and components.

For the fourth quarter, Rogers said it expects year-over-year growth in aerospace and defense and industrial markets. The outlook is consistent with the company’s estimate of 9% revenue growth at the guidance midpoint, but does not eliminate the sequential decline it expects because of seasonality and customers’ year-end behavior. In the third quarter of 2025, the company reported sales of $216 million, up 6.5% from the previous quarter, and its chief executive at the time said results were at the high end of guidance, supported by improving demand and the execution of cost-reduction initiatives. In October 2025, Rogers also forecast year-over-year improvement in fourth-quarter sales and earnings, alongside a sequential decline tied to typical seasonal patterns. The company had scheduled its call to discuss third-quarter 2026 results for October 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
