Federal prosecutors have indicted Alexander Sisemore, the founder of the Kishu Inu cryptocurrency project, on three counts of wire fraud. TokenPost reported that Sisemore allegedly concealed approximately 6% of the total token supply while marketing the project as a fair launch with no team-allocated tokens.

Investigations allege that wallets tied to Sisemore received these allocations before public sales, enabling him to earn more than $9 million through token liquidations. The project previously reached a market capitalization exceeding $1.6 billion, and Sisemore’s legal counsel has stated they intend to contest the charges in court.
