Sanofi and Regeneron announced an expansion of their long-standing collaboration to include multiple next-generation, long-acting antibodies. GlobeNewswire reported that Regeneron will receive $1 billion upfront, with potential for up to $7 billion in future milestone payments as the companies target new treatments for type 2 inflammation diseases.

The companies will equally share development and commercialization costs, as well as any future profits under the expanded alliance. REGN closed at $758.27 on September 30, 2026, while SNYNF closed at $80.76 on the same date, prior to the announcement of the deal which covers clinical-stage and pre-clinical antibodies.
