HWKN closed at $127.83 on September 28, 2026, prior to the announcement of the deal which integrates Eagle Labs' in-house manufacturing capabilities and customer service model. The strategic move is designed to complement Hawkins' existing water treatment offerings, specifically in coagulants and polymers, within the eighth-largest economy in the world.
