The 10 off-lease aircraft are intended to expand the company's supply of CFM56-7B engines and modules for its maintenance, repair, and exchange customers. This acquisition follows the formation of the 2026 investment vehicle designed to target mid-life 737NG and A320ceo aircraft, marking a strategic expansion of FTAI's aerospace inventory.
