Worthington Enterprises reported results for fiscal Q1 2027, ended August 31, 2026, with net earnings of $42.6 million. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.87, while adjusted diluted EPS reached $0.82.

Net sales increased 13.2% to $343.9 million from $303.7 million a year earlier. Recent acquisitions contributed $19.2 million of the increase, while organic growth excluding acquisitions was 6.9%.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 10% to $74.0 million, operating cash flow increased to $66.7 million and free cash flow reached $54.0 million from $27.9 million a year earlier.
