Bitwise’s BSOL Tops $1 Billion in Assets

Key Facts

1BSOL surpassed $1 billion in assets on August 28, 2026.
2Of the $60.91 million flowing into 9 Solana funds on August 27, 2026, BSOL captured $40.20 million, or about 66%.

The Bitwise Solana Staking ETF, trading under the ticker BSOL, surpassed $1 billion in assets under management on August 28, 2026, becoming the first U.S.-listed Solana fund to reach that level.

The milestone followed $60.91 million of combined net inflows into 9 U.S. Solana funds on August 27, 2026. BSOL captured $40.20 million, or about 66% of the total, lifting its net assets to roughly $1.02 billion and cumulative inflows since launch to about $1.01 billion.

BSOL provides 100% direct exposure to SOL while seeking additional SOL through professionally managed staking. That structure links investor returns to movements in SOL and staking rewards after fund fees and expenses, rather than providing a fixed yield independent of the underlying asset.

Higher assets under management do not necessarily mean an equivalent improvement in trading liquidity: asset value changes with SOL’s price and with share creations and redemptions. BSOL shares may also trade at a premium or discount to net asset value, while staking introduces operational risks and the possibility of missed rewards or slashing penalties.
