REalloys to Build Largest Heavy Rare Earth Facility Outside China for U.S. Defense

REalloys Inc. (ALOY) has announced plans to establish the largest heavy rare earth metallization facility outside of China, in partnership with the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC). The project is already fully financed and is slated to begin operations in the first half of 2027. This strategic initiative aims to create a secure, non-Chinese supply chain for critical minerals essential to the U.S. defense industrial base. The facility is specifically designed to meet the 2027 U.S. defense procurement standards, which prohibit the use of Chinese-sourced materials. By securing a domestic supply of heavy rare earths, REalloys positions itself as a critical partner for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This development is expected to significantly bolster the company's market position within the global strategic minerals sector.
