Sharp decline in Asian indices and a jump in volatility ahead of the European market open

سيطرة نبرة العزوف عن المخاطرة عالمياً مدفوعة بانكماش الصناعة الأمريكية وتوترات الشرق الأوسط وخلافات مجموعة العشرين. شهدت الجلسة الآسيوية تراجعات حادة متأثرة بانكماش النشاط الصناعي الأمريكي، حيث هبط مؤشر Nikkei 225 بنسبة 2.75% وتراجع مؤشر KOSPI بنسبة 3.73%، تزامناً مع قفزة في مؤشر التقلب VIX بنسبة 9.52%. يعود هذا التدهور إلى تصاعد التوترات في الشرق الأوسط التي رفعت أسعار النفط وضغطت على أسهم التكنولوجيا، بالإضافة إلى اختتام قمة مجموعة العشرين وسط خلافات تجارية حادة وموجة بيع في سوق السندات العالمية. ورغم نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في أستراليا وتجاوزه للتوقعات، إلا أن النبرة التشاؤمية هيمنت على الأسواق الناشئة والمتقدمة في آسيا. Economic calendar data showed the annual inflation rate in the Eurozone stabilized at 3.3%, in line with expectations, while core inflation recorded 2.4%, lower than the previous value of 2.5%. In the UK, mortgage approvals recorded 56.05, a value lower than the expected 59.4, indicating pressure in the housing sector despite the Nationwide house price index rising by 0.2 monthly. This data comes at a time when global financial stability faces challenges, with major central bank policies remaining frozen since last December.
