Anthropic’s latest draft prospectus, as reported, puts its compute capacity commitments above 600 billion dollars. We matched each item to its corresponding announced deal and found roughly 63% tied to chips designed by Broadcom, Google and Amazon, and roughly 33% tied to Nvidia systems. Meanwhile, Nvidia is building its presence in the open-model layer running on its chips, from Groq to Hugging Face, through to talks to acquire Reflection AI.
