Amgen announced its third-quarter 2026 financial results, reporting EPS of $6.45 versus analysts’ estimate of $5.79 and revenue of $10.4 billion versus an estimate of $10.1 billion. Revenue rose 8.5% from $9.6 billion in Q3 FY2025. Ardelyx reported total product revenue of $125.5 million, up 19% year over year. IBSRELA revenue increased 23% to $96.3 million, and Ardelyx completed enrollment ahead of schedule in its Phase 3 clinical trial for CIC.
