NOV reported third-quarter 2026 revenues of $2.23 billion, a 2% increase year-over-year. Net income reached $90 million, or $0.25 per share, up $48 million compared to the previous year. The company also recorded $577 million in new bookings, representing a book-to-bill ratio of 91%.
