Akamai signed an $11.6 billion multi-year agreement with Anthropic to support large-scale CPU workload growth. The deal includes a potential expansion of up to an additional $9 billion, bringing the total potential commitment to $20 billion. Additionally, Akamai issued warrants to Anthropic for approximately 5% of its common stock, contingent on the successful expansion of the partnership.
