This purchase places the company in control of approximately 4.9% of Ethereum's circulating supply, valued at roughly $14.8 billion. While Bitmine has now achieved 97% of its goal to own 5% of the total supply, it currently faces a $5.1 billion unrealized loss on its main treasury asset.
