The European Union included the cryptocurrency exchange HTX in its latest round of Russia-related sanctions on July 24. On July 25, HTX and several other crypto platforms were officially added to the sanctions list. Consequently, all transactions with these listed platforms will be prohibited starting August 23, 2026.
