Aehr Test Systems has secured new production orders exceeding $8 million for its silicon carbide wafer-level burn-in solutions. The orders include a follow-on purchase for the fully automated FOX-XP system to support manufacturing capacity for new electric vehicle platforms. These new orders specifically target the rapidly expanding electric vehicle market in China.
