European fintech platform Revolut is set to cease support for the Tether (USDT) stablecoin by August 31. On July 7, Tether invested in the Brazilian platform Mercado Bitcoin to strengthen its presence in Latin America. The USDT stablecoin faces growing restrictions in Europe due to the new MiCA regulations.
