Westlake Corporation has completed the acquisition of a PVC and vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) production site in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. The acquisition, conducted via its subsidiary Westlake Vinnolit, aims to strengthen the company's global chlorovinyls manufacturing network. The plant has an annual production capacity of 380,000 metric tons of PVC, significantly expanding Westlake's operational footprint in Europe.
