Petrobras is expanding its regional footprint through strategic agreements with Mexico's Pemex in the oil, refining, and petrochemical sectors. The company recently produced and sold its first batch of CORSIA-certified sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) made from soybean oil. Additionally, Petrobras announced a $1.2 billion investment to build a new facility in Brazil dedicated to producing renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
