BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, increased its stake in Finnish pharmaceutical company Orion Oyj above the 5% threshold as of June 4, 2026. The firm also raised its holding in KT&G from 5.01% to 6.15%, contributing to a rise in total foreign ownership to 51% amid strong performance and shareholder returns. Additionally, BlackRock disclosed a 4.05% voting stake in Deutsche Lufthansa AG as of early June.
