On April 6, Opus Genetics signed a strategic financing agreement with Oberland Capital worth up to $155 million. The financing includes a $35 million upfront payment and a $5 million equity investment, extending the company's cash runway into 2029. Funds will be used to accelerate gene therapy programs for inherited retinal diseases and support upcoming clinical trials.
