Guardian Capital Group has obtained all necessary regulatory approvals to finalize its take-private transaction with Desjardins Global Asset Management. The acquisition will be completed at a price of C$68.00 per share in cash for all Common and Class A shares. The transaction is a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
