ASBIS reported a 135.3% rise in revenue in the third quarter of 2026 to $2,186.738 million, compared with $929.508 million in the same period a year earlier, according to its interim report. The company increased net profit after tax to $51.568 million, from $11.648 million in the third quarter of 2025, describing the result as a quarterly record. Operating profit was $74.4 million, compared with $23.3 million a year earlier. The results show a sharp acceleration in sales and earnings during the quarter, without establishing that they exceeded analyst consensus. The company said it had not published a financial forecast for 2026.

ASBIS attributed revenue growth to rising demand for AI-related data center components, including major upgrades, and to storage capacity expansion projects in the EMEA region. The company also cited a seasonal back-to-school effect, alongside infrastructure demand. Servers and server blocks stood out as the fastest-growing product lines, with sales up 545% year on year in the third quarter. Smartphones came next, with growth of 78% compared with the same period a year earlier. This divergence puts servers at the forefront of the products accompanying the quarterly revenue surge.

Sales growth was accompanied by a decline in gross margin to 6.16% in the third quarter, from 7.03% a year earlier. The company attributed the drop to higher sales of large projects, particularly servers and AI components, which carry lower margins. This means the substantial increase in revenue did not translate into a higher gross margin during the period. Nevertheless, operating profit rose to $74.4 million from $23.3 million, and net profit climbed to $51.568 million from $11.648 million. The figures present a picture of rapid business expansion alongside pressure on the gross margin percentage.

Growth extended to the first nine months of 2026, with revenue rising 97% to $5,151.914 million, compared with $2,615.210 million in the corresponding period of 2025. In the first half of the year, the group's revenue increased 76% to about $3.0 billion, and net profit reached $80.6 million, up 315% year on year. The company also said estimated revenue in September 2026 was $1.05 billion, compared with $332 million in September 2025, a 216% increase, describing it as the highest monthly revenue in the group's history. The Netherlands recorded the fastest growth among the company's main markets in the third quarter, up 1,840%, which ASBIS linked to increased demand for AI and data center components.

In a decision following the quarter, ASBIS's board approved an interim dividend of $0.35 per share from 2026 profits on November 4. The company set November 16, 2026, as the record date and November 26 as the payment date. The company said total cash dividends exceed $19.4 million and described the dividend as the highest in its history. The decision follows the company's strong growth in revenue and net profit in the third quarter. The record and payment dates are the main upcoming milestones the company announced for shareholders.
