EverCommerce expects revenue of about $600 million and adjusted EBITDA of about $170 million in fiscal 2026, according to a company statement published on November 5 with its third-quarter results. The annual outlook sets revenue and adjusted earnings targets as management acknowledged that quarterly revenue came in below the low end of its previous range. The CEO said quarterly adjusted EBITDA landed at the midpoint of guidance, while revenue missed its low end. The company attributed the gap mainly to items that do not recur monthly and weaker customer acquisition through organic search. It also announced targeted investments in paid media to attract new customers, directing spending toward opportunities identified by management.

Revenue from continuing operations was $151.4 million in the third quarter of 2026, up 2.7% from $147.5 million in the same period of 2025, according to the earnings statement. Pro forma revenue rose 2.1% during the quarter. Investing.com reported quarterly revenue of $151.45 million, compared with analysts’ consensus of $156.54 million. The result also fell below the guidance range the company announced in August, of $151.5 million to $154.5 million. Actual revenue therefore came in below the low end of that range, while management said adjusted EBITDA landed at the midpoint of its expectations.

Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations fell to $45.0 million in the third quarter from $46.5 million in the third quarter of 2025, the company said. Meanwhile, the company reported net income from continuing operations of $6.0 million, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share. The quarterly figures show a contrast between modest year-over-year revenue growth and lower adjusted EBITDA compared with the same period. In the second quarter of 2026, revenue from continuing operations was $152.0 million, up 2.7% year over year, while net income reached $9.7 million. Compared with that quarter, reported revenue declined in the third quarter, as did net income.

The company attributed the revenue shortfall to vendor rebates and delays in security and alarm project stages, alongside continued weakness in customer acquisition through organic search. The CEO said revenue was below the low end of guidance, while adjusted EBITDA came in at the midpoint of the range. The updated outlook included targeted investment in paid media for the company’s product-led growth business, with the aim of acquiring new customers. Management said it would invest dynamically whenever it identified opportunities to accelerate growth. That puts paid spending at the center of the company’s response to the customer acquisition channel weakness cited in its statement.

EverCommerce is targeting a return to accelerating revenue exiting 2027, as part of a path it said is aimed at returning to long-term profitable growth. The timeline provides context for its customer acquisition investment plan, but follows quarterly results in which revenue failed to reach the low end of company guidance. In September 2026, the board increased its share repurchase authorization by $25 million, bringing the total authorization to $325 million, effective through December 31, 2027. During the third quarter, the company repurchased and retired 1.6 million shares for about $15.7 million. A further $28.5 million remained available under the repurchase program on September 30, 2026.

EverCommerce shares, trading under the ticker EVCM, closed at $8.35 on November 5, 2026, according to EL7 data. Investing.com reported the same closing price and said the shares had fallen 23.53% over three months and 10.70% over 12 months through that date. Those moves place the stock’s performance in the context of the results and annual outlook announcement, without changing the company’s stated figures for 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA. The operating plan outlined in the statement focuses on investment in paid media and acquiring new customers. The company has set its target for revenue to accelerate exiting 2027.
