OlympusDAO has migrated its OHM bridging infrastructure to Chainlink CCIP to enhance cross-chain efficiency across seven blockchain networks. Crypto Briefing reported that the migration covers Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Berachain, Optimism, Solana, and Robinhood Chain, establishing CCIP as the canonical route for token transfers.
The move followed the approval of governance proposal OIP-198 on November 2, 2026, which saw the DAO replace LayerZero infrastructure with Chainlink's protocol. The new system utilizes lock-and-release pools on Ethereum alongside mint-and-burn mechanisms on destination chains, featuring a safety cap of 100,000 OHM on several EVM routes.
