Key Facts
Emaar Properties reported a 5.6% increase in net profit for the third quarter of 2026, with profit attributable to owners rising to AED 4.6 billion ($1.25 billion). The National reported that the growth was driven by revenue backlog and sales from new project launches, even as residential transaction volumes in Dubai faced headwinds during the period.
Total revenue for the quarter rose nearly 3% annually to AED 13.6 billion, while property sales for the first nine months of 2026 reached AED 34.7 billion. The board of Emaar Properties also approved a one-time special dividend of AED 4.4 billion, or AED 0.5 per share, as the company moves forward with plans to acquire the remaining shares in its listed unit Emaar Development.
