Key Facts
SLR Investment will release its financial results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, after markets close on Nov. 3, according to a company announcement carried by GlobeNewswire and Nasdaq. The company said it will hold an earnings call and webcast on Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. Eastern time. The schedule allows investors to follow the results announcement and then hear management’s presentation and discussion the following day. The company’s shares, which trade under the ticker SLRC, closed at $11.81 on Nov. 2, according to EL7 data. That was the session before the scheduled results announcement.
Second-quarter results published in August provide a basis for comparison with the pending report: net investment income was $17.8 million, or $0.33 a share, compared with $21.6 million and $0.40 a share in the same period of 2025. Net asset value per share also declined to $18.00 on June 30 from $18.16 on March 31. The company posted net realized and unrealized losses of $9.5 million in the second quarter, compared with net gains of $2.6 million in the second quarter of 2025. Net assets totaled $982.1 million at the end of June, while the fair value of its total investment portfolio reached $3.2 billion. These figures from the previous quarter offer benchmarks for comparison when the September results are released.
On portfolio composition, Co-Chief Executive Officer Michael Gross said 98% of the $471 million in total portfolio originations in the second quarter were in specialty finance assets. New investments in the total portfolio were $471.1 million that quarter, compared with $431.4 million in repayments and amortization, resulting in a net increase of $39.7 million. Co-Chief Executive Officer Bruce Spohler said watch-list accounts represented 2.5% of the portfolio’s fair value at quarter-end. He added that more than 97% of the income-producing portfolio was performing in line with or above expectations. The company is scheduled to hold its earnings call on Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. Eastern time.
