Bullish Lists SUSDAI, Enables Trading Against 3 Digital Assets
Key Facts
Bullish has listed the SUSDAI token in its spot markets, making three pairs available: SUSDAI/USDC, SUSDAI/USDAI and BTC/SUSDAI, according to the platform’s official market listings. This allows the treasury share to be traded against a stablecoin, the USDai token and bitcoin. Bullish describes the asset as a variable-value treasury share that reflects the value of USDai reserves and lending positions backed by collateral in GPUs and AI infrastructure equipment. The platform does not describe it as a stablecoin with a fixed value. The reported trading start date of November 4, 2026, did not appear in a reliable open source among the information available.
The listing is linked to a broader financing relationship between Bullish and USD.AI, which announced on August 28 a $100 million stablecoin-based debt facility to finance AI infrastructure backed by GPUs. USD.AI said at the time that multiple markets for the sUSDai share would be available on Bullish, supported by a dedicated market-making program. It added that these markets were expected to deepen secondary liquidity and improve price discovery for assets linked to GPU debt. This places the three current pairs in the context of an earlier financing initiative, without making them an announcement of achieved trading volume or liquidity. Thomas Cowan, Bullish’s head of tokenization, said USD.AI’s on-chain transparency enabled the platform to assess the facility under its institutional due diligence procedures.
USD.AI says the protocol finances AI infrastructure through loans backed by GPUs, allowing borrowers to obtain financing against that collateral. Its documentation says sUSDai yield comes from two sources: interest paid by infrastructure borrowers on outstanding facilities, and incentives tied to Treasury bill yields on capital held in reserve by stablecoin issuers. The share therefore reflects lending and reserve activity rather than maintaining a fixed price of one unit of currency. This structure means the asset combines exposure to a portfolio of secured loans with reserve components. The share’s value remains linked to the portfolio it represents, according to Bullish’s description.
In an update published on November 3, USD.AI said total value locked had reached $474 million and that it had originated $531 million in cumulative GPU financing across 20 deals. Financing through its institutional GPU loan exchange market also exceeded $200 million in its first month. The market was launched on October 1, and its first deals included $106 million in financing for NexGen Cloud against 1,728 NVIDIA B300 GPUs in Finland, with Silver Point Capital and Victory Park Capital participating at origination. These figures point to the expansion of financing activity behind the asset, alongside Bullish’s launch of spot markets. They are operational and financial data reported by the company, not a measure of trading volume in SUSDAI pairs.
On yield, USD.AI said the first period of the CHIP Hurdle Rate mechanism, running from October 15 to November 1, saw the CHIP Foundation donate $127,927, lifting sUSDai’s annualized yield to 7.00% during that period. The company said support for the yield at that level is conditional on capital availability and does not represent a guaranteed floor. This differs from the core yield sources described by the protocol—interest on infrastructure loans and reserve incentives—because CHIP support was specific to a defined period and mechanism. In an earlier update dated October 1, USD.AI said minting and redeeming USDai had become permissionless, and that access to secondary trading through centralized and decentralized platforms was unaffected by changes to the contracts. These disclosures describe the terms of use and yield as presented by the company.
Withdrawal disclosures set an important operational constraint for holders of the share: USD.AI says unstaking requests are processed in 30-day cycles, based on request order and available cash liquidity. If liquidity is insufficient, unprocessed requests roll over to subsequent cycles, and repayment may take longer. This means spot tradability on Bullish differs from the timing of redeeming the share from the protocol, under the terms published by USD.AI. The three markets provide routes to trade the asset against the listed quote pairs, while unstaking remains subject to the cycles and available liquidity. The information available did not include data on market response or trading volumes after the listing.
