Revenue from Truhealth services also rose 20% to ₹86 crore. Revenue from medical specialties increased 20% to ₹198 crore. Managing Director Surendran Chemmenkotil said growth spanned the consumer and corporate channels, as well as Truhealth and specialties, supported by higher test volumes and network expansion.
Revenue growth coincided with a 6% year-on-year increase in average revenue per patient to ₹1,221 and a 5% rise in average revenue per test to ₹572, according to the results announcement. Revenue from cities classified as tier III rose about 20% year on year, making them the company’s fastest-growing markets during the quarter. Metropolis’ network reached about 750 towns through 5,119 service points. These indicators show geographic coverage expanding alongside revenue per patient and per test. Chemmenkotil said the company plans to expand its presence in tier II and tier III towns and increase preventive health and specialty offerings during the rest of the financial year.

Patient volumes in the first quarter also rose 10% year on year, and test volumes increased 11%. In the second quarter, the presentation reported growth in revenue, profit and margin, while Chemmenkotil said higher test volumes were among the factors supporting results. The board declared an interim dividend of ₹1 per share on November 3, 2026. The managing director said the company would continue expanding its presence in smaller cities and strengthening preventive health and specialty services during the rest of the financial year.
