Key Facts
Lleida.net said in a statement issued on November 3 that it billed 4,902 customers in the third quarter of 2026, up 44% from the same period in 2025, when the number was 3,409. The company said the result was the highest in its quarterly series, which began in 2020. The total also exceeded the 4,163 customers recorded in the second quarter of 2026 by 10%. September alone saw 2,656 customers billed, the highest monthly number in the company's history. The announcement on the customer base followed the company's financial results statement for the quarter, published on November 2.
According to the financial statement, revenue was €4.666 million in the third quarter, up 6% year over year. The company said this was the first quarter in 2026 in which sales recorded annual growth, after first-half revenue fell to €9.234 million from €10.134 million in the first half of 2025. EBITDA rose 10% to €882,000, while pre-tax profit increased 15% to €213,000. The company said the quarterly consolidated figures are unaudited. Gross profit rose 7% to €2.554 million, equivalent to 54.7% of sales, up 0.2 percentage points from a year earlier.
Revenue breakdown showed varied performance across business lines, with faster growth in software services and registered electronic notifications. Other SaaS revenue rose 66% to €618,000, the highest third-quarter figure for the activity since 2020. Revenue from registered electronic notifications increased 16% to €655,000, its highest third-quarter level since 2020. Combined revenue from the two lines was €1.273 million, or 27.3% of total revenue, compared with 21.3% a year earlier. Founder and Chief Executive Cisco Sabina said the company's shift toward end customers had "started to show up in the income statement."
By contrast, registered electronic contracting revenue fell 3% to €809,000, and SMS Solutions revenue declined 5% to €939,000. ICX Wholesale Solutions, the largest business line by revenue, recorded a 1% increase in sales to €1.645 million. The line's share of total sales fell to 35.3% from 37.1% a year earlier, alongside an increase in the shares of registered electronic notifications and Other SaaS. The company statement said its registered email service helps companies and law firms prove a prior attempt to negotiate, as required by Spanish law 1/2025 since April 2025. Sabina said registered electronic notifications and Other SaaS delivered their best third-quarter performance.
Operating profitability indicators improved alongside revenue growth, with operating profit rising 40% to €290,000. The result included depreciation and amortization of €557,000 and a provision for customer balances of €36,000. On debt, the net financial debt-to-EBITDA ratio fell to 1.41 times on September 30, from 1.63 times on June 30. Net financial debt stood at €5.131 million at the end of June, down €654,000 since the end of 2025, while total financial debt was €6.3 million after falling 10% during the first half. These figures provide context for improved financial leverage during the quarter, alongside the return to annual revenue growth.
At the business level, active customers totaled 12,545 at the end of the first half of 2026, the highest number the company had recorded at that point, while it issued 14,002 invoices during the half, up 28% year over year. In the third quarter, invoices rose to 7,947, an increase of 29%, while the number of identified unique customers grew 40% to 4,586; the total also included 316 users of the service who were not registered. These figures distinguish the expansion of the customer base from billing volume, with invoice growth outpacing customer growth during the quarter. First-half EBITDA was €1.572 million, compared with €2.195 million in the corresponding period of 2025, before rising to €882,000 in the third quarter. The quarterly results put growth in customers and users in the context of annual improvements in revenue and profit, while performance continued to vary across business lines.
