Binance to Open Withdrawals for Additional Assets at 04:00 UTC on November 3

Key Facts

1Withdrawals for additional assets are scheduled to become available at 04:00 UTC on November 3, 2026.
2The first phase covered selected assets and networks, with withdrawals reopened on November 1, 2026.
3The list includes ENA and LINK on Ethereum, and PUMP and BONK on Solana, alongside other assets.
4Binance said the company would bear the financial losses from the stolen funds and would not pass them on to users.

Binance announced that it would open withdrawals for additional assets starting at 04:00 UTC on November 3, as the next stage in restoring service after reopening withdrawals for selected assets and networks in the first phase on November 1. The exchange said in its announcement that the covered assets would become available in sequence as the necessary checks for each asset are completed. The move expands the range of assets that can be withdrawn from the platform, but does not mean all listed tokens will become available at the same time. Binance said deposits remained open and were unaffected by the reopening of withdrawals. The company linked the phased rollout to security and readiness checks, without announcing a full restoration of platform functionality.

The list includes assets on Ethereum and Solana, including ENA and LINK on Ethereum, and PUMP and BONK on Solana. Binance’s announcement also listed other assets on the two networks, including RLUSD, USD1, USDE, PENDLE, WLD, FDUSD, XUSD, QNT, SHIB, ZRO, FET, NIL, ONDO, ALT and SKY on Ethereum. The Solana list also includes USD1, FDUSD, BMT, RENDER, RAY, TRUMP, MET, PENGU, JUP and PYTH. The list specifies the assets and networks covered in this phase, while the exchange said the timing of each asset’s availability would depend on completion of its reviews. As a result, withdrawal availability may vary among the assets named in the announcement during the phased rollout.

Binance said withdrawals would not reopen all at once, and each asset would become available after its security and readiness checks are complete. It added: "As in the first phase, reopening will be phased across assets as security and readiness checks are completed." The company said it is prioritizing tokens based on user demand during the previous week, with each network and asset pair restored after checks. It said additional assets would be added as they become ready, without setting a separate timetable for each asset. This arrangement means the announced list defines the scope of the phase, not a uniform time for all the withdrawals included in it to become available.

The exchange warned of possible temporary delays or longer processing times during the withdrawal rollout, attributing them to transaction volumes. It asked users to try again after a short while if a withdrawal did not succeed. Binance said deposits remained open, distinguishing the status of deposit services from the return of withdrawals for the specified assets. The guidance comes as the platform rolls out access in stages, with readiness timing varying from one asset to another. The company did not specify an overall timeframe for completing the rollout of the list.

The reopening of withdrawals follows a hack of Binance’s hot wallets on October 29, at around 20:05 UTC, according to an update the company published on October 30. Binance then estimated losses in token assets at about $6.3 billion and said its initial investigation had found no evidence that private wallet keys had been compromised, while the investigation continued. In the same update, it said it had allocated more than $6.34 billion in company funds to cover the losses, and that about $3 billion had been frozen on-chain as of that date. The company said Binance would bear the financial impact of the stolen funds and would not pass those losses on to users. That commitment accompanies the restoration of withdrawals, without changing the fact that security and readiness checks remain part of the process for reopening assets.

Binance said in an update dated November 2 that it had reconstituted about 95% of the affected assets, with the remaining roughly 5% linked mainly to less liquid tokens. It also said users could independently verify 1:1 reserve coverage for the ten assets specified in its published review. On market flows, Binance said customers had deposited $2.7 billion since Sunday and withdrawals had stabilized after an initial surge, according to a Reuters report. The same report said bitcoin traded above $77,000 on Monday, November 2, while ether rebounded from its two-month low. On October 30, bitcoin had hit a six-week low of $76,368, while ether fell more than 3% to $2,178 before the market stabilized, Reuters reported.
