Binance’s announcement that Pieverse (PIEVERSE) would be available on Binance Alpha and that its perpetual contract would launch dates to November 13, 2025, according to the publication date shown in the official announcement. It set the start of trading for the token on Alpha for November 14, 2025, at 11:00 UTC. It also announced the launch of the PIEVERSEUSDT perpetual contract on Binance Futures the same day at 11:30 UTC, with leverage of up to 40x. The two times refer to separate activities: trading the token through Alpha and trading a related derivative contract on the futures platform. The announcement did not set a new date for November 14, 2026.

According to Binance, the announced contract is settled in USDT, with funding fees settled every four hours. The platform set the funding rate cap at +2.00% and -2.00%. These terms apply to the contract Binance announced in 2025, including its maximum leverage of 40x. The platform also said that listing a token on futures does not guarantee its listing for spot trading. The contract listing therefore remains a separate event from any potential decision on a spot market.

Binance described Pieverse as a "compliant, agent-ready payments infrastructure." The project's white paper says x402b extends the x402 protocol and enables gas-free stablecoin transactions through pieUSD, which the document describes as wrapped USDT. The paper added that each transaction generates an immutable, compliance-ready receipt stored on BNB Greenfield. It places payments and receipts at the core of the project's published description, alongside the token and contract listings on Binance. Pieverse issued version 1.0 of its white paper on November 10, 2025, days before the platform's announcement.

The white paper sets the token's total supply at 1,000,000,000 units. It allocates 15% to strategic investors, 27.6% to community growth, rewards and airdrops, and 10% to the foundation reserve. It also allocates 27.4% to the ecosystem and marketing, and 20% to the team and advisers. The document presents these shares as part of the token's total supply allocation and lists vesting schedules for strategic investors, the team and advisers.

In its published roadmap, Pieverse targeted the launch of an initial version of its multi-jurisdictional timing, invoicing and receipt-issuance service on BNB Chain in Q4 2025. It also set aside Q1 2026 to expand the x402b protocol, integrate compliance tools and establish partnerships with Web2 companies. The regulatory white paper described these stages as future objectives subject to risks. The document said the token's functions were limited at the time of publication and subject to further development, and that it gave holders no financial or voting rights.
