TPXimpact announced on 11 February 2026 that it had been selected as the winning bidder for a £22 million, two-year digital transformation contract with NHS England, following a competitive tender under the Digital Outcomes 6 framework. The contract sits within the authority’s digital prevention services portfolio, a programme to design, build and operate digital services and data to support disease prevention and early intervention. The work focuses on three integrated vaccination pathways, covering maternity, newborn and school-age children’s vaccinations. The services will be used across GP practices, schools and communities, linking different care pathways within the programme. The company’s announcement shows that the contract is intended to operate specific digital health services, not transform the entire healthcare sector.

The digital systems support healthcare workers in administering, recording and managing vaccinations, according to the company’s announcement. The professional groups cited include GPs, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and school vaccination teams. The breadth of these groups means the scope of use extends from primary care to school services, according to the contract details. The programme’s beneficiaries also include members of the public, including pregnant women and those who have recently given birth. This design links care teams’ work with access to services for target groups across more than one healthcare and community setting.

The contract includes an extension option that could raise its total value to £33 million, compared with the base value of £22 million, according to a trading update published by TPXimpact on 24 February 2026. The company included the contract among a series of recent contract wins, alongside a £39 million contract with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. It said the total value of new business won since the start of the financial year had exceeded £110 million as of that update. In the same update, the company raised its guidance for adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for the year ending 31 March 2026 to at least £7 million. It confirmed that its net debt guidance for the same financial year would remain below £6 million.

The first-half results for financial year 2026 put the contract win in the context of the company’s commercial activity during the year. TPXimpact recorded £31 million in new business wins in the first half, compared with £35 million in the corresponding period of financial year 2025. The company described the level as in line with pre-election levels in the first half of the previous year. It then said in its February update that total new business won since the start of the financial year had exceeded £110 million, referring to the total contracts it had announced by that date. The Bank of England is scheduled to publish its monetary policy decision, meeting summary and Monetary Policy Report on 5 November 2026 at 12:00 GMT.
