Affle 3i revenue rises 21.2% to 783.6 crore rupees in second quarter
Key Facts
Affle 3i announced on October 30, 2026, its results for the second quarter and first half ended September 30, reporting consolidated revenue from operations of 783.6 crore rupees for the quarter, up 21.2% year on year from 646.7 crore rupees. The company said growth was broad-based across India and international markets. EBITDA rose to 181.4 crore rupees, a 24.2% increase, outpacing revenue growth. Net profit after tax, meanwhile, increased 17.4% to 129.8 crore rupees from 110.5 crore a year earlier. The results also showed the EBITDA margin expanding to 23.2%, an increase of 56 basis points year on year.
A comparison of the quarter’s metrics shows differing growth rates: EBITDA growth exceeded revenue growth, while net profit growth was below both. Revenue from the cost-per-converted-user business was 781.9 crore rupees in the second quarter of fiscal 2027. In that business, the company said it recorded 12.9 crore converted users, up 18.2% year on year. That brought total converted users in the first half to 25.3 crore. This metric places the business’s operating performance alongside revenue and profit growth, without changing the differences in their growth rates during the period.
For the first six months of fiscal 2027, consolidated revenue from operations was 1,530.8 crore rupees, up 20.8% year on year. EBITDA reached 349.1 crore rupees, an increase of 22.1%. Net profit after tax was 258.2 crore rupees, up 19.5%. The first-half figures show all three metrics continuing to grow at rates close to one-fifth, with operating profit growth outpacing revenue. In fiscal 2026, the company reported annual revenue of 2,709.3 crore rupees, up 19.5% from 2,266.3 crore in fiscal 2025.
Anuj Khanna Sohum, chairman, managing director and chief executive, said the company had delivered its 15th consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth. He added that it had recorded its highest-ever quarterly figures for revenue, EBITDA, net profit after tax and consumer conversions. At the close of fiscal 2026, the company had cited 13 consecutive periods of quarterly revenue growth; with the second-quarter results, the reported streak extended to 15 quarters. Affle linked its performance to its cost-per-converted-user model, saying it helps sustain return on investment for advertisers globally amid geopolitical tensions and regulatory and macroeconomic pressures.
The results coincide with Affle’s agreement to acquire Perion, which the company said aims to expand its cost-per-converted-user business in developed markets. Perion provides a presence across multiple digital advertising channels, including retail media, connected TV and digital out-of-home advertising, according to Affle. Perion said the deal price represents a 34.5% premium to its share closing price on October 30, 2026, the last trading day before the agreement. Affle said the combined entity’s annual revenue run rate could exceed 700 million dollars based on fiscal 2028 revenue. The company also expects the deal to be accretive to earnings per share by the end of the first year after completion; both are stated targets for the future entity, not achieved results.
