As part of its expansion plans, Syrma SGS announced in July a joint venture with Kaga Electronics India to establish an advanced electronics manufacturing facility in India to serve Japanese customers. Syrma's contribution to the venture is 15 crore rupees, while Kaga's is 10 crore. The company's plans also include multilayer electronic circuit board manufacturing in Andhra Pradesh, with planned investment of about 1,595 crore rupees. The company said the spending would be carried out in phases linked to demand and the gradual increase in production. These projects provide context for the company's industrial plans alongside the segment growth reported in the results.
