Invisio revenue rises 40% in Q3 as US market recovers
Key Facts
Invisio’s revenue rose 40% year on year in the third quarter of 2026, while new orders increased 18% from the same period last year, according to the company’s interim report. The CEO said a recovery in the US market and increased deliveries of new products supported revenue and order growth. Modular Finance prepared a consensus for the company with 10 contributors, estimating third-quarter revenue at SEK 410 million. The company said profitability improved, supported by higher sales volumes and a relatively stable operating cost base. Gross margin, however, declined, which the company attributed to customer mix, tariffs and the cost of certain components.
Quarterly growth reflects an improvement in sales compared with the second quarter, when the company posted revenue of SEK 512.8 million, versus SEK 426.9 million in the second quarter of 2025. First-half revenue reached SEK 943.3 million, up from SEK 761.7 million in the corresponding period a year earlier. The performance places third-quarter growth within the annual expansion the company recorded during the first six months of 2026. Management said higher sales volumes contributed to improved profitability, alongside relative stability in operating costs. The decline in gross margin, however, highlights the impact of differences in customer mix, tariffs and the cost of certain components on the period’s results.
Demand is also underpinned by a framework agreement Invisio announced in August with the Canadian Armed Forces, with a potential value of up to SEK 450 million. The company described the value as potential, while the agreement remains a framework and is not revenue realized in the quarter’s results. For its longer-term targets, the company says it aims for average annual sales growth of 20% over time. The company’s website also states an operating margin target of more than 15%. These targets set out the company’s strategic horizon, while the report announced no specific third-quarter revenue target.
Invisio shares closed at SEK 256.20 in the Oct. 29 session, up 6.13% on the day. Trading records also show the shares opened at SEK 242.00, reached a high of SEK 256.40 and a low of SEK 241.20. The company is scheduled to hold a call to present results and answer questions on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, at 10:00 Central European Time. This comes ahead of the scheduled release of its fourth-quarter report and 2026 annual report on Feb. 11, 2027. Those reports will cover the 2026 financial year.
