Soiltech revenue jumps 30% in Q3, plans to distribute 30% of net profit
Key Facts
Soiltech reported revenue of 132 million Norwegian kroner in the third quarter of 2026, up 30% year on year, while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose 61% to 39 million kroner, according to a company statement via Oslo Børs. Profit before tax increased 119% to 21 million kroner. The company said its adjusted earnings margin was 29% of revenue, while its profit-before-tax margin reached 16%. It said margins improved from the previous quarter, supported by high operational efficiency. The company also said its fluid treatment business delivered strong results, with tank-cleaning services integrated into its operations.
In the first nine months of 2026, Soiltech revenue totaled 363 million Norwegian kroner, up 21% year on year, while adjusted earnings reached 99 million kroner, an increase of 44%. The figures reflect continued growth during the period, while the third-quarter results came with improved margins compared with the previous quarter. Soiltech said high operational efficiency supported the improvement and pointed to strong performance in its fluid treatment business. Tank cleaning is part of that business after its services were integrated into operations. The company intends to link future distributions to net profit after tax in each quarter, rather than adjusted earnings.
Soiltech plans to begin quarterly dividend distributions from the fourth quarter of 2026, equal to 30% of net profit after tax in the relevant quarter, according to its statement. The company said it would call an extraordinary general meeting to authorize the board to make the distributions. The policy therefore does not represent an already approved automatic distribution; implementation requires the proposed authorization. The formula sets the distribution as a percentage of net profit after tax for each period, making the amount dependent on that quarter’s result. The policy is due to take effect, if authorized, in the final quarter of the year.
At Goodtech, net operating revenue after external project costs rose to 121.6 million Norwegian kroner in the third quarter, from 116.6 million a year earlier, an annual increase of 4.3%, according to company data published via Euronext Oslo. Growth was faster in aftermarket and service revenue, which rose 48% to 39.8 million kroner, compared with 26.9 million in the third quarter of 2025. Order intake during the quarter was 130.5 million kroner, down from 140 million in the corresponding period. At the end of the quarter, the order backlog stood at 281 million kroner, with a book-to-bill ratio of 0.9 times. Goodtech said the establishment of a new regional center in Kristiansand had a negative impact on the quarter’s results and margins.
After the third quarter ended, Goodtech announced that it had won an engineering, procurement and construction contract for the Nussir copper project, worth about 240 million Norwegian kroner, with Blue Moon Metals. The contract came after the period covered by the quarterly results and is therefore not included in the order intake reported for that quarter. It adds to the order backlog of 281 million kroner at the end of September, while quarterly order intake was below its year-earlier level. Goodtech’s figures combine growth in service and aftermarket revenue with a decline in order intake, alongside the negative impact the company attributed to establishing the regional center. The available data did not state the new contract’s contribution to revenue or its implementation timing.
Trophy Games’ financial guidance for 2026 sets revenue at between 150 and 167 million Danish kroner, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization at between 28 and 36 million, and earnings before interest and taxes at between 18 and 24 million, according to its investor relations page. The company completed its acquisition of Playerio on September 30, but the acquired company’s results were not included in the third-quarter figures. Playerio’s results began to be consolidated from October 1, 2026, so the acquisition does not explain results for the quarter ended in September. The company had scheduled its third-quarter update for October 29, 2026. The annual guidance sets revenue and profitability ranges for the full year, while the inclusion of Playerio begins to affect the figures from the fourth quarter.
