emeis’ average occupancy rose to 91% in the third quarter of 2026, compared with 88% a year earlier, according to a company disclosure published through Euronext. Occupancy at nursing homes reached 91.5%, up 3.6 percentage points year on year. The company attributed the growth in its business to improved occupancy, a positive pricing effect and the expansion of recently opened facilities. emeis said growth benefited from “improved occupancy rates, a favorable pricing effect and the development of recently opened facilities.” The company reiterated its forecast for operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to grow between 12% and 14% on a like-for-like basis in 2026. It also expected net debt to operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, excluding International Financial Reporting Standard 16, to be between 8.1 and 8.5 times at year-end.

On liquidity, Chief Executive Laurent Guillot said the company had covered 77% of its debt. Available cash and undrawn credit lines totaled 800 million euros at the end of September. Guillot said this amount covered debt maturities through the end of 2029. He said debt was now “largely covered, at 77%.” These figures place the company’s liquidity and debt maturities alongside its operating outlook for the year.

In pharmaceuticals, PharmaMar’s total revenue rose 12% to 146.9 million euros in the nine months ended September 30, 2026. Recurring revenue increased 30% to 137.4 million euros, driven by Zepzelca sales in Europe and royalties from the United States. Net sales rose 20.4% to 75.1 million euros over the same period. The company launched Zepzelca in Germany and Austria in July, and combined sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland reached 14.9 million euros, up 54.7% from the comparable period. Oncology royalties also rose 44.4% to 62.4 million euros, including 51.3 million euros from lurbinectedin sales in the United States, an increase of 56.0%.

But PharmaMar’s revenue growth did not translate into higher net profit: the company posted 8.7 million euros in the first nine months of 2026, compared with 15.3 million euros in the corresponding period of 2025. The comparative period included 37.7 million euros in non-recurring revenue and grants. The company said these items were part of the previous year’s results, putting the year-on-year profit comparison in the context of differing revenue components. Revenue and sales growth therefore coincided with a decline in reported net profit. The company’s figures highlight the expansion of recurring royalties and product sales in Europe and the United States.

TF1 reported consolidated revenue of 1,454 million euros through the end of September 2026, down 6.6% on a like-for-like basis and at constant exchange rates. Its activities margin was 7.6% over the period. The company attributed part of the decline in media-sector revenue to continued weakness in the linear advertising market and a 39 million euro scope effect from disposals completed in 2025. TF1 left its 2026 financial targets unchanged and said visibility remained limited.
