Key Facts
PCB Bancorp reported net income available to common shareholders of $12.1 million in the third quarter of 2026, or $0.85 per diluted share, compared with $11.3 million and $0.78 per share in the same period a year earlier, according to results published via Nasdaq. The comparison reflects year-over-year increases in net income and earnings per share. Net interest income rose to $28.8 million from $27.0 million a year earlier. Net interest margin was 3.35%, compared with 3.28% in the third quarter of 2025. The improvement in income and interest metrics coincided with mixed changes in loans and deposits at the end of September.
Loans held for investment totaled $2.84 billion on September 30, 2026, down 3.0% from $2.93 billion on June 30, according to a PCB disclosure. Deposits, meanwhile, rose to $3.08 billion from $2.92 billion at the end of June, an increase of 5.3%. Compared with the same period a year earlier, deposits increased 5.6% from $2.91 billion. Management said the company selectively reduced certain large commercial lending relationships that no longer met its risk and return objectives. It added that the actions helped lower loan balances and strengthened its liquidity position.
The company recorded a $705,000 reversal of credit loss provision in the third quarter, compared with a $926,000 provision in the second quarter, according to results published via Nasdaq. This puts provisions on a quarterly comparison basis, with a reversal in the third quarter and a provision in the previous quarter. PCB announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable on or about November 20, 2026, to shareholders of record on November 13. The dividend announcement was among the company’s shareholder decisions disclosed following the quarterly results.
