WisdomTree reported on October 30 record ending assets under management of $171.0 billion in the third quarter of 2026, up 5.0% from the previous quarter, driven by net flows and market appreciation, according to the company’s statement. It said net inflows totaled $4.6 billion during the quarter, concentrated mainly in fixed income, commodities and U.S. equity products. The firm attracted money in the United States and Europe, supporting asset growth alongside rising markets. Year to date, flows exceeded $13.6 billion through September 30, with an annualized organic growth rate of 13%. These figures show the breadth of the asset base that contributes to the fund manager’s revenue and fees.

Average assets during the quarter were $170.504 billion, while average assets in exchange-traded and tokenized products were $168.466 billion, according to the results table. Private assets totaled $2.055 billion at the end of the period, part of total ending assets. Distinguishing between average assets and the quarter-end balance offers a clearer view of revenue performance, since fee income is tied to the asset base over the period. In the first nine months of 2026, operating revenues rose 49.0% from the same period a year earlier. The company attributed revenue growth in that period to higher average assets and average advisory fees, revenue from the acquisitions of Ceres and Atlantic House, and an increase in other revenue from its listed products in Europe.

Net income rose to $49.2 million in the third quarter, compared with $19.7 million in the same period of 2025. Diluted earnings per share climbed to $0.32 from $0.13, while adjusted earnings per share were $0.32, versus $0.23 a year earlier. The operating margin was 41.3%, compared with 36.3% in the third quarter of 2025, and the adjusted margin reached 43.1%. Chief Operating Officer Jarrett Lilien said that broad and sustained organic growth, alongside expanded distribution capabilities and operating discipline, “drive significant operating leverage and margin expansion.” The company links flow growth to its ability to expand its business while improving operating margins.

But earnings and revenue did not beat market expectations by the same margin. Revenue was $179.4 million for the quarter, below analysts’ estimate of $180.73 million, according to Investing.com. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.32, by contrast, exceeded analysts’ consensus of $0.30. The company’s shares rose 11.6% in premarket trading on October 30, the same report said. The contrast shows the earnings surprise came from earnings per share, while revenue was slightly below the estimate. The source did not report a final share price after the premarket move.

On capital structure, WisdomTree repurchased about 0.5 million shares during the quarter for $10.6 million, at an average price of $21.29 per share. It also repaid convertible notes due in 2029 with an aggregate principal amount of $18.1 million for $32.3 million in cash. The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, payable November 25 to shareholders of record on November 11, 2026. Chief Executive Jonathan Steinberg said the company sees “the greatest opportunities in bringing traditional and private investing together and tokenizing assets within an integrated investment ecosystem.” WisdomTree is scheduled to discuss its results and operational developments in a live webcast on October 30 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
