Capri Holdings said it will report results for the second quarter of fiscal 2027 on October 30, 2026, after setting expectations in August for revenue of about $780 million, operating income of about $10 million and diluted earnings per share of about $0.20. In announcing the results date, the company said it aims to release them at about 7:00 a.m. Eastern time. The expected announcement follows a decline in first-quarter revenue, and the actual figures compared with the August estimates will test the company’s performance in the second quarter. Capri scheduled a conference call for the same day at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The results date was announced on October 16.

In its August forecast for the second quarter, Capri attributed some of the expected revenue pressure to delayed inventory at Michael Kors, estimating its impact at about $50 million. It also cited an impact of about $15 million from weaker trends in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, compared with its previous expectations. The company also said foreign-exchange assumptions were among the factors that led it to cut its full-year revenue outlook. It estimated fiscal 2027 revenue at about $3.4 billion and diluted earnings per share at about $2.15. These annual estimates place second-quarter results within the company’s stated financial trajectory for the year, while the actual figures for the quarter will become clear on October 30.

The company reported on August 5 that first-quarter revenue for fiscal 2027 fell 3.5% on a reported basis and 4.1% excluding the impact of currency movements. Reported operating margin was 2.2%, compared with an adjusted operating margin of 3.6%, according to Capri’s results for the quarter then ended. It also reported earnings per share of $0.60 and adjusted earnings per share of $0.67. These figures provide a direct comparison with the upcoming second quarter in revenue, margins and profitability, though they alone do not show how performance changed between the periods. In May, the company had forecast a return to low-single-digit revenue growth in fiscal 2027, with earnings per share growth of about 40%.

The group’s two brands delivered mixed results in the first quarter: Jimmy Choo revenue rose 10.5% to $179 million, while Michael Kors revenue fell 7.1% to $590 million. In announcing those quarterly results, Capri said its strategic initiatives at both brands were supporting deeper consumer engagement by strengthening brand storytelling and product innovation. This divergence puts the brands’ performance in focus ahead of the second-quarter results, particularly since the company linked its earlier forecast to delayed Michael Kors inventory and weaker trends in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, group revenue fell 3.7% on a reported basis and 7.0% at constant currency, while Jimmy Choo posted reported growth of 5.3%.

The group’s current results reflect a business that changed after the sale of Versace was completed on December 2, 2025; Capri said it presents the brand’s results as discontinued operations in its financial statements. In its fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 figures, the company reported revenue declines on both a reported and constant-currency basis, while Jimmy Choo posted reported growth. As of October 29, 2026, EL7 data showed Capri shares closing at $16.06. Markets are awaiting the October 30 announcement to see whether second-quarter results match the company’s August estimates and whether it updates its fiscal 2027 outlook.
