Rush Street Interactive reported revenue of $385.9 million in the third quarter of 2026, up 39% from $277.9 million in the year-ago period, and reaffirmed its annual revenue and earnings outlook. But the chief financial officer said on the earnings call that operating trends so far in October put the company "closer to the low end of revenue guidance" for 2026. By contrast, he kept his estimate for adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization near the midpoint of the annual range. That places strong quarterly results alongside more recent signs of moderating revenue trends, without a change to the company's guidance. The company had previously announced that third-quarter results would be released after the market close on October 28, followed by a call to discuss them at 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

On profitability, net income was $28.7 million, up 93% from $14.8 million in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached $62.2 million, up 73% from $36.0 million a year earlier. Those figures reflect faster growth in net income and adjusted earnings than the 39% revenue growth over the same period. For 2026, the company expects revenue of between $1.56 and $1.60 billion, representing annual growth of between 38% and 41%. It also expects adjusted earnings of between $245 and $265 million, up between 59% and 72% year over year. The range shows the company kept its earnings growth outlook above its revenue growth outlook, despite October pointing to the lower end of the revenue range.

The company's revenue totaled about $1.150 billion in the nine months ended September 30, 2026, compared with $809.5 million in the same period of 2025. In the third quarter alone, monthly active users totaled 907,881, up 42% year over year. They comprised 300,572 users in North America, up 34%, and 607,308 in Latin America, up 46%. The figures show that the user base in Latin America was larger and that its annual growth exceeded that of the North American base. The chief executive said North American online casino and sports betting markets saw "a more moderate pace of growth" during the quarter. He added that the slowdown appeared broad across player segments, while the company continued to increase its online casino market share year over year.

Speaking about October, the chief financial officer said online casino growth so far at the time of the call looked "very similar to what it was in September." He explained that industry and company trends saw growth rates decline from July to August, followed by a smaller difference between August and September. This description places October's performance in the context of a gradual slowdown in growth rates over the preceding months, rather than a direct comparison between quarterly revenue figures. Still, the CFO linked the operating trends recorded in October to revenue being near the lower end of annual guidance, while keeping adjusted earnings near the midpoint of its range. The signal follows strong year-over-year growth in quarterly revenue, making the trajectory over the remaining months a focus in assessing how close full-year results may come to either end of the range.

The company also addressed its expansion in Alberta, saying that more than three months since its launch there does not mean market or revenue growth will materialize immediately. It said market growth would be gradual and revenue development would take time. The expansion comes against a backdrop of regional performance with varying user growth rates: monthly active users in North America rose 34% year over year, compared with 46% in Latin America during the quarter. The announced release date for third-quarter results was October 28, 2026, after the market close, with an investor call at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. The annual outlook the company reaffirmed therefore remains the framework against which the impact of October trends and fourth-quarter performance will be measured.
