Key Facts
Glaukos announced on October 28 its results for the third quarter ended September 30, reporting record net sales of $211.0 million, up 58% year over year. The company said growth was recorded both on a reported basis and excluding the effect of foreign exchange movements. Management raised its fiscal 2026 net sales outlook to $775–785 million from $680–700 million previously. The announcement followed accelerating sales growth and results that beat earnings and revenue expectations cited in coverage. Third-quarter sales were about $211.0 million, compared with $133.5 million in the same period of 2025, according to the company’s statement. Glaukos attributed sales growth to increased physician adoption and use of iDose TR, its broader initiatives in interventional glaucoma treatment worldwide, and a higher contribution from Epioxa. U.S. glaucoma sales totaled about $118.6 million, up 47% from the third quarter of 2025. iDose TR generated about $76 million of those U.S. sales during the quarter. The corneal health segment recorded about $59.0 million, up 154% year over year. Segment sales included about $53 million from Epioxa, making its growth faster than that of the glaucoma segment.
