Enerflex set October 29, before markets open, to release its third-quarter 2026 results and invited investors to a call that day at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time, according to a company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The date follows adjusted EBITDA of $128 million in the second quarter, compared with $130 million in the same period of 2025. Free cash flow reached $32 million in the second quarter, after the use of $39 million in the second quarter of 2025. These figures provide the latest published financial baseline ahead of the third-quarter announcement. EFXT shares closed at $25 on October 28, the eve of the results release.

The company reported revenue of $582 million in the second quarter of 2026, compared with $615 million a year earlier, according to its quarterly results. In the Engineered Systems segment, bookings were $488 million in the second quarter, up from $365 million in the same period of 2025. The segment's backlog stood at $1,453 million on June 30, 2026. These indicators put the scale of contracted work and new bookings in context ahead of the upcoming results. They also reflect the importance of Engineered Systems in the company's portfolio before its third-quarter update.

Enerflex expanded its behind-the-meter natural gas power-generation business. On October 13, it said its backlog in the area exceeded 1.75 gigawatts, with deliveries extending through 2028. The backlog adds power-generation work to the company's order base, with execution spanning several years. In September, the company completed the sale of most of its Asia-Pacific operations to INNIO Group; the divested businesses focused primarily on aftermarket services. Enerflex said the exit allows it to focus on its core markets in North America, Latin America and the Middle East. It added that the transaction strengthens its ability to direct capital toward opportunities that support profitable growth, free cash flow generation and shareholder returns.

Regarding distributions, company records showed that the latest distribution listed at the time of research was C$0.0425 per share, announced on August 6, 2026. In its second-quarter filing, Enerflex said it does not have a formal distribution policy and that its board evaluates payments every three months based on cash flow availability, expected market conditions and business needs. Any subsequent increase therefore depends on a quarterly board decision, according to the criteria the company disclosed. Third-quarter results were not yet listed on the official results page at the time of research, and the second-quarter results were the latest published. The company scheduled its investor call for October 29 at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time to discuss its third-quarter results.
