Jersey Mike’s Posts $1.204 Billion in Quarterly Sales, Raises 2026 Targets
Key Facts
Jersey Mike’s reported systemwide sales of $1.204 billion in the fiscal third quarter ended September 27, 2026, up 11% year over year, according to a company statement. Same-store sales rose 3.0%, driven mainly by higher transactions. Total revenue was $209 million, up 10% from the year-earlier period. By revenue category, franchise and other revenue rose 12% to $143 million, while advertising revenue increased 8% to $57 million. The results showed growth in sales and revenue alongside new unit openings, while the official statement did not establish that results exceeded analyst estimates.
Digital sales accounted for 43% of systemwide sales, compared with 42% in the year-earlier quarter, the company said. Adjusted net income was $74 million, and adjusted earnings per share were $0.23. Jersey Mike’s reported these adjusted measures for the first time this quarter; they are separate from reported net income.
The company updated its fiscal 2026 outlook to include same-store sales growth of at least 2.5%, net unit growth of 8%, and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization growth of 20%. The targets reflect continued sales growth alongside expansion of the restaurant network, after systemwide sales reached $1.204 billion in the fiscal third quarter. The outlook update, dividend announcement and buyback follow the company’s public offering.
Jersey Mike’s scheduled a call to discuss its fiscal third-quarter results and business updates for October 28, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. A recording of the call will be available through November 11, according to the company statement. On the same day, OneSpaWorld listed the time of its fiscal third-quarter results presentation as 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on its investor relations page. OneSpaWorld’s listing did not include the revenue result that appeared in the previous draft headline, so no third-quarter figures for the company are included here. OneSpaWorld reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $261.2 million, up 9% year over year, and net income of $23.2 million. It also said at the time that it had delivered its 21st consecutive quarter of record revenue and record adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
In July, OneSpaWorld raised its fiscal 2026 guidance to total revenue of between $1.018 billion and $1.038 billion, and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of between $130 million and $140 million. In the second quarter, the company attributed revenue growth in part to a 4% increase in revenue days and a 1.2% rise in average guest spending. An increase in services booked in advance by guests contributed $4.7 million in revenue that quarter. The company ended the second quarter operating wellness centers on 208 cruise ships and at 25 resorts. The comparable figures at the end of the second quarter of 2025 were 200 ships and 51 resorts, according to its earlier results.
