Littelfuse plans to report its fiscal 2026 third-quarter results before the market opens on Oct. 28 and hold a results call at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time, according to the company’s schedule. Before the quarter began, the company set a range for net sales of $780 million to $800 million and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.85 to $5.05. It also forecast an adjusted effective tax rate of 23% to 24%. The company said it expects total revenue growth of about 26% year over year. It attributed its outlook to record bookings, continued customer momentum and a contribution from the Basler acquisition.

The forecast follows Littelfuse’s report of net sales of $739 million in the second quarter of 2026, up 20% year over year, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $4.19. In the Electronics segment, sales rose 21%, with organic growth of 26% in passive products and 15% in semiconductor products. The Industrial segment’s sales increased 52%, driven by 16% organic growth and a 36% contribution from the Basler acquisition. The company said demand in data and data centers, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, industrial automation and construction supported organic growth in the Industrial segment. Second-quarter results provide a baseline for comparison with the company’s third-quarter growth outlook.

Among the items to appear in the third-quarter results is a one-time €24.6 million amendment fee payable to Elmos, which Littelfuse said will be recorded in the quarter’s financial results. The fee relates to an amendment to an existing agreement concerning the Dortmund site, including the release of mutual guarantees provided by Littelfuse subsidiaries. The amendment also changes certain asset-transfer restrictions and updates selected commercial terms within the existing supply relationship. The company said the amendment is intended to enhance its strategic flexibility, simplify legacy contractual arrangements and increase its ability to optimize the value of the DoSemi asset over time. The site collaboration is based on a capacity-sharing arrangement with Elmos, with an initial term through 2029.

In the second quarter, the company declared a cash dividend of $0.80 per share, an increase of 7% from the $0.75 dividend in the previous quarter. LFUS shares closed at $383 on Oct. 27, according to EL7 data. The company is scheduled to report third-quarter results before the market opens the following day, then host its results call at 8:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time. The reported figures will allow sales and adjusted earnings per share to be compared with the range previously set by management. The results will also include the announced Dortmund charge for the quarter, alongside business performance during the period.
